I had the opportunity to work in partnership with Joanna and Nadine to co-create the globally delivered Orica Managers Program (OMP) for 300 senior leaders which was shortlisted for the prestigious Rob Goffee Award for Leadership Development, AHRI Awards.

Joanna and Nadine brought a collaborative, flexible and innovative development style to the design process and always held the organisational context in mind, while challenging the team to ensure the program was building the capabilities to respond to the tough market conditions of the mining industry.

The program, focused specifically on enabling participants to develop authentic best-self leadership, creating a high performing culture, leading diversity, managing conflict and collaboration, creating a resilient brand, and shaping the new world and environmental landscape for Orica.
